LIFESTYLE CHANGES

    • Change the timing of sexual activity
    • Avoid using tobacco, marijuana, anabolic steroids, and “recreational” drugs
    • Avoid excessive use of alcohol
    • Prevent STIs
    • Maintain a healthy weight
    • Eat a healthy diet
    • Exercise moderately, but not excessively
    • Avoid testicular injury
    • Avoid exposure to excessive heat (steam rooms, saunas, hot tubs, etc.)
