95: Dual Factor Infertility [SUCCESS]

Today’s Guest:

Today’s success story is about a woman named Tedi. She’s 31 years old and met her husband on a blind date. Before infertility, she describes herself as uptight and, frankly, quite angry. She even goes as far as to say her long infertility journey made her forget the reason she even wanted to be a mom. Before she got married, she had a feeling they would have trouble conceiving, and this suspicion was confirmed after a year of trying on their own. Join us to hear how her journey spanned the better part of a decade and included both IUI and IVF before they ultimately became pregnant on their own.

She also recently completed another retrieval cycle and is awaiting PGS testing results. Join us to hear the latest in Jane’s journey and what’s coming up next.

Unexplained Infertility: Sam’s Story [SUCCESS]

89: Unexplained Infertility [SUCCESS]

Today’s Guest:

Today’s success story is about a woman named Sam. She’s a 33-year-old self-employed attorney who met her now husband on a blind date. Today, they both work hard but also play hard and enjoy planning trips and traveling together. She always knew she wanted to have her own business and assumed children would be part of her long-term life plan, but originally wasn’t concerned that it might not happen. They didn’t try on their own for too long because her cycles were erratic after coming off of birth control. Although her OB didn’t think she needed to see a reproductive endocrinologist, she scheduled an appointment anyway. Much to her surprise, the RE recommended heading straight into IVF. Join us to hear how her world came crashing down following a successful cycle and how she was able to pick up the pieces four months later.

They are both introverts who are best friends and just enjoy spending time together. She was diagnosed with a uterine abnormality in 2014 — before they even started trying to conceive, so her journey is a bit different than most. Today’s success story is about a woman named Soleine. Before infertility, she was a happy person who was fortunate in many ways.
